At Duro, our pilates program

is led by Ashley Prugh, a certified Mat Pilates instructor known for her calm energy, expert cueing, and supportive teaching style. Ashley brings a grounded approach to movement, guiding students to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness through purposeful practice.

Her classes go beyond exercise; they’re about reconnecting with your body, improving posture and alignment, and developing the kind of core strength that supports all aspects of training and daily life. Rooted in Duro’s values of resilience, growth, and community, Pilates offers a powerful complement to wrestling, MMA, and strength training by improving mobility, balance, and mental focus.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining your movement practice, sessions meet you where you are. With classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:15 pm, Pilates at Duro is a reliable way to strengthen both mind and body.

With a strong focus on mindful movement, she leads classes offering a core-strengthening experience that’s accessible to all levels. Ashley is AFAA-certified and known for creating a calm, focused environment that helps students build strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Ashley’s classes are rooted in purpose—focused on alignment, mobility, and progressive strength. Whether you’re just beginning or refining your movement practice, her sessions meet you where you are. She’s become a community favorite at Duro for her consistency, her clarity in instruction, and the good vibes she brings to every class.
