Choose a class.
Browse Wrestling or Martial Arts sessions and choose a time that works for you.
Try one class free.
Choose “Try a Free Class” on the signup page. Register the athlete who’s training, including a child if you’re signing up as a parent.
Book your class.
After registering, log in and book your chosen session. Your trial registration and class booking are separate steps.

Questions before you train? We’ll help you find the right class.
How does the free trial work?
The free trial gives you access to one class. Select “Try a Free Class” when you register, then log in and book your chosen session on the schedule.
What does a drop-in cost?
Non-member drop-ins are $35 per class, before any applicable tax. Members can book classes included in their membership at no additional charge.
I’m registering my child. Whose details do I use?
Enter the athlete’s name and date of birth. Add the parent or guardian in the contact section of the signup form.
Do I need experience or special gear?
Tell us your experience level so we can help you choose a class. Bring water and comfortable training clothes. Contact us before your visit to confirm footwear and any gear for your chosen session.
